These Terms of Sale and Use (the “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions upon which we, Sharing With Care (collectively “Sharing with Care”, “we”, “us”, “our”,) make available our website (the “Website”), any content and features published on the Website or otherwise made available to you (“Content”) and research, subscription and other services (“Services”) to visitors, subscribers, users and other individuals who directly or indirectly access the Website, Content or Services or contact us (each a “User”, “you”, “your”).

(ii) Not distribute data or representations that are untrue or misleading
(iii) Deal in good faith with Sharing with Care and other users
(iv) Not overload the Sharing with Care service
By using Sharing with Care , you also agree to observe the following rules:
(i) To comply with all applicable laws in force, respect the rights of third parties and refrain from engaging in the following actions:
(ii) Use of any insulting or defamatory content, regardless of whether said contents are directed at another user or Sharing with Care personnel or other companies
(iii) Unreasonably annoying (particularly with spam) any other user
(iv) Use or promotion of any commercial practices considered unfair competition
(v) Use without authorization of any contents protected by law, or advertisement, promotion, offer or distribution of any goods or services protected by law
(vi) Use of any content that violates any applicable legislation for the protection of minors; or advertisement or promotion, offer or distribution of any products which do not comply with any applicable legislation for the protection of minors
All users of Sharing with Care are prohibited from the following:
(i) Distributing or publicly disclosing the contents of the Sharing with Care website or any other user
(ii) Blocking, overwriting, modifying and copying of any content from Sharing with Care
(iii) Employing any mechanisms, software or scripts when using Sharing with Care.

The materials on Sharing with Care website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sharing with Care makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of Sharing with Care, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Sharing with Care does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
OFFERS
We do provide the followings offers to our Members.
“Member Benefit Offer” means an offer and/or discount available from a Dealer with a benefit to our Members and the same offer and/or discount is not available to the general public,
“Sale Only Offer” means an offer and/or discount available from a Dealer which is likewise also made available to the general public.
We confirm that in the course of promoting the goods and/or services offered by the Dealers to our Members we advertise both Member Benefit Offers and Sale Only Offers on the Website and for the avoidance of doubt we confirm that Member Benefit Offers and Sale Only Offers will have the meaning as defined in this Clause.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
When registering on the Website, you are responsible for entering complete and correct information. You are also responsible for keeping the information updated when using the Website. You may update your information under “Personal Settings” on the Website.
Sharing with Care approval of registration, the user receives a login that the user agrees not to disclose to unauthorized persons or organizations and to store in a way that no unauthorized person or organization has access to them. As a user, you are responsible for all activities performed on your account, and that the activities comply with current legislation.
The user must immediately notify Sharing with Care via email, if the user suspects that the login details have been revealed or abused.
It is not allowed to use the Website in any way that could cause damage or impair the Website or the experience of the Website. It is also not allowed to use the Website for illegal, criminal, or harmful purposes.
For the registration to be valid you must be over 18 years of age or involvement of a parent or guardian.
PARENTAL SUPERVISION
A minor that is a Child below the age of 18 years will not be allowed to use the website without guidance and supervision of the parent or carer, we also do advise Users against revealing any child’s personally identifiable information.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHARING WITH CARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON SHARING WITH CARE, EVEN IF SHARING WITH CARE OR A SHARING WITH CARE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, SHARING WITH CARE CUMULATIVE AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES, CLAIMS, SUITS, CONTROVERSIES, BREACHES, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR LEGAL THEORY.
SHARING WITH CARE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING QUALITY, SUITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE (IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE) OF ANY SERVICES OR ANY GOODS PROVIDED INCIDENTAL TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
SHARING WITH CARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR FREE OR THAT ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES AND/OR OTHER HARMFUL MATERIALS. NOR DOES IT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT POSTED BY USERS IS ACCURATE AND TRUTHFUL
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PROVISIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION ARE ESSENTIAL TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT ABSENT THEM; SHARING WITH CARE WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
GENERAL TERMS
Term and Termination.
This Agreement will commence immediately upon acceptance and shall continue until otherwise terminated. This Agreement may be terminated at any time: (i) by Sharing with Care immediately if you violate any provision of the Code of Conduct or Use of Services or for any reason sharing with Care deems; and, (ii) by you if you are no longer participating in Sharing with Care services.
Proprietary Rights.
You acknowledge and agree that, as between Sharing with Care and You, all right, title and interest in and to the Sharing with Care portal and its contents, any part thereof, and other Sharing with Care proprietary processes and solutions included in the services under this agreement, all patents, trademarks copyrights, trade secrets and all other intellectual property rights therein and thereto, and all copies thereof, in whatever form, including any written documentation shall at all times be and remain solely with Sharing with Care . Sharing with Care does not claim ownership in the information, text, posts, images, videos, links, photos or other items User posts on the Sharing with Care online portal or their account and YOU are solely responsible for any 3rd party content YOU post or generate or which You are featured in or visible.
